Godrej Fire Resisting safes and Defender safes carry the certification of the Underwriters Laboratories (UL), U.S.A., the world's premier testing agency. Godrej is also in the process of getting our Fire Resisting Filing Cabinets and Data Safes listed at UL. Most of our products are tested, as per UL standards at the premier government testing authority in India.

The Godrej mangrove project conceptualized in the 80s took a three-pronged approach of research, education and conservation. The project assumed and expanded cost intensive re-generation endeavour that worked towards reintroducing total species of mangroves over a period of time.

One of its kind project that helps facilitate environment and energy related certifications as well as provides consultancy services, the Cll Sorabjee Godrej Green Business Centre in Hyadrabad has just been awarded the Platinum certification. Interestingly, only two other buildings to be awarded this certification are located in the US. The rating is awarded by United Nations Green Building Council (UNGBC), an effort toward the conceptualization of a green economy.
